Check the WhatsApp reply window
Returns whether free-text WhatsApp messages can be sent to one of a contact's numbers right now. WhatsApp allows it for 24 hours after that number last wrote to your line. Pass number and from to pick the number and line.
Requires: desk.read scope, Converse licence.

A SautiDesk API key. An owner or admin makes it under Settings in SautiDesk for a named person and picks the scopes. The key is shown once. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <key>. It acts as that person and as nobody else.
