Download a WhatsApp media file
Downloads the file attached to a WhatsApp message, such as a photo or voice note. The file is served by SautiDesk rather than WhatsApp, so the link keeps working behind your key.
Requires: desk.read scope, Converse licence.

A SautiDesk API key. An owner or admin makes it under Settings in SautiDesk for a named person and picks the scopes. The key is shown once. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <key>. It acts as that person and as nobody else.
