List lead tags
Lists the tags a lead can carry, in order, each with its colour and the queue it routes to, if any. Archived tags are left out unless you pass include_archived=true. Answers 403 desk.sales_off while Sales is switched off.
Requires: desk.read scope, Converse or Contacts licence, Pro plan.

A SautiDesk API key. An owner or admin makes it under Settings in SautiDesk for a named person and picks the scopes. The key is shown once. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <key>. It acts as that person and as nobody else.

true to include archived rows, after the live ones.
cursor?string
next_cursor from the previous page. Leave it out for the first page.
limit?integer
Page size: 100 by default, 100 at most.
